Mission Statement
Our mission is to train and empower inner-city youth (18-30) in film, TV, and content creation, bridging opportunity gaps, reducing unemployment, and uplifting underrepresented communities.

The Problem

Unemployment & Economic Disparities
Youth unemployment is a pressing issue, especially in underserved communities. In 2023,the U.S. unemployment rate for ages 16–24 was13.8%, with even higher rates among Black andHispanic youth.
Black
19.4%
Hispanic
14.8%
These disparities reflect systemic barriers for marginalized youth in accessing skilled jobs.
Underrepresentation in Film & TV Youth
Diversity in media and entertainment is limited. People of color hold just 20% of lead roles in major films and TV shows.
BIPOC individuals make up 25% of speaking roles, despite being 40% of the U.S. population.
Behind the camera, only 8% of directors and 9% of writers are people of color.
Bridging the Gap
We provide hands-on training and careerdevelopment in film and TV production to addresseconomic disparity and representation gaps. Ourinitiative equips marginalized youth with marketableskills, employment networks, and opportunities todiversify creative industries, fostering media thatreflects true societal diversity.
